Supervisor - Al Ain

A professional and responsible Supervisor is sought to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure high standards of service, organisation, and operational efficiency are consistently maintained. The role involves supervising staff activities, coordinating workflow, assisting with customer relations, monitoring cleanliness and presentation standards, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company procedures, health, safety, and hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate is leadership-oriented, has previous supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality, is organised, proactive, has strong customer service and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing fast-paced operations while motivating teams and delivering excellent customer, flexible and able to work under pressure and hospitality experiences.
